2. Payment Terms

2.1. All payments made through the payment gateway are subject to approval by the respective bank or financial institution.
2.2. The payment gateway supports multiple modes of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI, depending on availability.
2.3. The Customer must provide accurate payment details. The agency is not responsible for any errors in information provided.

3. Confirmation and Refunds

3.1. Payment confirmation does not guarantee booking approval. Final confirmation is subject to availability and verification by the travel agency.
3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the travel agency’s cancellation and refund policy. The payment gateway fees may not be refundable.
3.3. Refund processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and method of payment used.

4. Security and Privacy

4.1. The payment gateway is equipped with secure encryption protocols to protect sensitive data.
4.2. The Customer agrees not to share their payment credentials or OTPs (One-Time Passwords) with unauthorized persons.
4.3. The travel agency is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized access or fraudulent use of the payment gateway.

5. Transaction Limits and Fees

5.1. The payment gateway may impose transaction limits based on banking regulations.
5.2. Additional fees or service charges may apply for using the payment gateway, which will be displayed at the time of payment.

6. Disputes and Liability

6.1. For disputes related to payment transactions, the Customer must contact the travel agency's customer support within 7 days of the transaction.
6.2. The travel agency is not liable for payment failures due to technical issues, including internet outages or banking server errors.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/Region].
